As March Madness approaches and NBA season is in full effect, the FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar is a great place to enjoy sporting events with special food and beverage happy hour offerings.
Located at the new Radisson Blu Anaheim, a luxury Four-Diamond AAA property in the heart of Anaheim, FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar celebrates the seasonality of California’s freshest ingredients while incorporating its rustic wood-fire cooking, a signature of the FireLake brand. The restaurant features a large wraparound bar with TV screens and flows outside onto the pool deck with lounge seating paired with cozy firepits. Guests and locals can keep up with their favorite teams with drink specials and deliciously smokey eats including:
BBQ Spiced Fries with smoked ketchup
Buffalo Chicken Sliders with blue cheese crumbles, pickled shallots
Brisket Sandwich served on a King’s Hawaiian buns with house-smoked brisket, house-made BBQ sauce, jicama coleslaw, fried shallots, and pickles
Smokehouse Sliders with smoked chuck, white cheddar, caramelized onions, tomato jam
Loaded BBQ Spiced Fries with BBQ Spiced Fries, Chopped Brisket mixed with House-made BBQ Sauce, Caramelized Onions, and Cheese Sauce
Not only can guests and locals enjoy these discounted bites, but the restaurant also offers 50% off cold draft beers and a selection of house wines Monday-Friday from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

The Bamboo Club Hosts February Rum Tasting Dinner

On Wednesday, Feb. 16 from 6 - 9 p.m, The Bamboo Club’s Monthly Rum Supper Club will spotlight Copalli Rum from Belize as part of their monthly education class!
The night includes a special four-course prix-fixe dinner highlighting a welcome appetizer, a signature grilled Endive Salad with Copalli Rum French dressing, an entrée selection of Cochinita Pibil (Yucatenean style barbecue pork) served with dirty rice, Spicy Seafood Mole (octopus and shrimp) served with rice noodles, or Spicy Vegan Mole served with rice noodles.
