Sustainable Beast Feast Dinner at CUCINA enoteca

04.13.23

Taking a walk on the culinary wild side, CUCINA enoteca in Newport Beach is bringing back one of its most innovative dining experiences—BEAST FEAST, an off-menu, whole-animal dinner at SoCal’s iconic California-Italian kitchen & wine shop on April 26th at 6:30 p.m. Executive Chef Cesar Sarmiento will utilize the entirety of a seasonal “beast,” to avoid waste and embrace sustainable cooking practices.

This carnivorous occasion offers an intimate family-style experience with a prix fixed menu centered on LAMB. Start with the braised lamb neck tortelloni paired with spring minestrone soup, then sink your teeth into tender lamb ribs accompanied by molasses glaze, shishito gremolata and herb creme fraiche. This indulgent experience is priced at $85 per person with optional wine pairings available for purchase.
