Paul Martin’s Tuesday Special: 3-Course Fried Chicken Meal

07.29.13

Named one of “OC’s Best,” Paul Martin's American Grill in Irvine's Tuesday 3-Course Fried Chicken Meal is not to be missed. Its upscale version of the classic American dish features choice pieces of all natural, free-range Pitman Family Farms chicken dipped in a buttermilk mixture before being fried to crispy perfection. This mouthwatering dish is served with a baby lettuce salad and house-made ice cream for dessert ($20).

At the heart of all great food is fresh, local, peak of the season ingredients. Paul Martin's aims to serve diners the highest quality ingredients with meat and poultry raised in a humane and wholesome way, locally sourced produce, the best of both wild and farmed seafood, artisan cheeses and cured meats from small local purveyors. It's American food at its best. "Local. Seasonal. Delicious."
