The Loft at Montage Laguna Beach is offering its don’t miss signature Culinary Series dinners with The Loft’s Chef de Cuisine Casey Overton and visiting winemakers on June 6 and June 18.
On Friday, June 6, Chef Overton invites guests to spend an evening with winemaker Michael Browne to enjoy his signature Loft cuisine paired with the distinctive wines of Kosta Browne Winery. Specializing in intense, balanced Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Kosta Browne will offer wine enthusiasts special pours from the Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast with each of Chef Overton’s unique 5 courses below.

On Wednesday, June 18th, join an exclusive opportunity to taste some of the legendary wines of Allegra Antinori’s family’s estate. Classic wines will be paired with an inspired menu created by Chef Casey Overton specifically for this event. The Antinori family’s legacy of world class wines began in 1385, and has been family run for over six centuries. Chef Overton’s menu, below, harmonizes with the wines from Antinori’s Italian holdings.

Enjoy Easter Sunday on one of the most picturesque beaches in SoCal at The Deck in Laguna Beach. Executive Chef Rainer Schwarz will offer Brunch and Dinner items served all day on Sunday, April 20 from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Chef Schwarz’s menu specializes in "ocean-to-table" favorites, such as Classic Lobster Bisque, Maine Lobster Risotto, and Oysters on the Half Shell, as well as brunch and dinner classics, including Quiche Lorraine, Laguna Cioppino, and Domestic Rack of Lamb Chops.
