Tastemakers of Orange County Returns to Segerstrom Center for the Arts

The Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance (OCAPICA) will host the return of its Tastemakers of Orange County on Wednesday, Sept. 24, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Julianne and George Argyros Plaza at Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa.

The culinary celebration will showcase the rich and diverse flavors of Asian and Pacific Islander cuisine, created by more than two dozen of Orange County’s top chefs. Guests will enjoy exclusive, all-you-can-eat dishes in a lively outdoor setting, while supporting OCAPICA programs in mental health, youth development, housing assistance, policy education, and anti-Asian racism initiatives.

Hawaii-born artist Masina will headline the evening with music that blends soulful R&B and island rhythms. She will perform selections from her new project, “She, The Album,” produced with reggae and R&B artist Siaosi. The album explores themes of womanhood, identity, and self-worth through both heartfelt ballads and upbeat anthems.

Additional entertainment includes DJ MoJoe and an opportunity drawing for unique prizes and experiences.

Tickets are $250 for VIP, which includes early entry at 6 p.m., and $195 for general admission from 7 to 9 p.m. The event takes place at the Julianne and George Argyros Plaza, Segerstrom Center for the Arts, 600 Town Center Drive, Costa Mesa.
