November 05, 2025

Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort invites guests to savor the season by the sea with live entertainment, special savings, and a cozy fall menu.

The resort’s popular Concerts Under the Stars series returns November 29 with ABBA Under the Stars, a lively evening of nostalgia and music beneath the coastal sky. Guests who dine or enjoy drinks onsite that night will receive complimentary parking with a $30 food and beverage purchase, making it an ideal Thanksgiving weekend escape.

To celebrate the start of the holiday shopping season, the resort’s Black Friday Sale begins November 10, offering up to 30% off stays of three nights or more for bookings made through December 2. The limited-time offer makes it easy to plan a spontaneous winter getaway filled with ocean views and the relaxed charm of Santa Barbara. Booking can be made here.

At The Set, the resort’s signature restaurant, Executive Chef Mary O’Neill has unveiled a new fall menu that highlights the comforting flavors of the season. Starters include Corn and Potato Bisque ($12) and Truffled Brussels Sprouts ($17). Entrées feature Crispy Chili Roast Salmon with jasmine rice pilaf and blistered tomatoes ($38), Foraged Mushroom and Sweet Pea Risotto ($25), and Spicy Burnt Chili Shrimp Pasta ($32).
