HOTWORX Costa Mesa Courtyards Offers 24-Hour Infrared Sauna Workouts

November 16, 2025

Women owned HOTWORX at Costa Mesa Courtyards is owned and operated by Erica Graziosa, who keeps this top notch 24-hour infrared fitness studio spotless. I recently joined and I am already impressed by the variety of virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts.

HOTWORX combines infrared heat with guided workouts inside personal sauna rooms. You can choose a quick 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session, such as Hot Cycle and Hot Thunder Row, or a 30-minute isometric workout, such as Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, and Hot Barre (and many more) - Truly a detox, recovery, and exercise, all in one. Plus, there's a functional training area to complement your sauna workouts, featuring everything you need: free weights, kettle bells, a dip/pull up bar, workout bench, ropes, TRX bands, and more.

Infrared training offers a range of benefits, including:

• Muscle recovery
• Pain relief
• Stress reduction
• Weight loss
• Increased calorie burn
• Detoxification
• Lower blood pressure
• Cellulite reduction
• Anti-aging and skin rejuvenation
• Improved circulation

What I love most is that it feels like a workout and a wellness treatment at the same time. I get the benefits of an infrared sauna while doing a challenging HIIT session or a relaxing stretch, yoga or Pilates class. It truly feels like a two for one workout.

Members have access to the studio 24 hours a day. HOTWORX is currently offering a family member special, and your first workout is free.
