Sip, Shop, and Give Back with HYPEACH and Working Wardrobes
11.12.25
HYPEACH is bringing style and purpose together this season with a special Sip & Shop Giveback Night benefiting Working Wardrobes. The Southern California fashion brand will host the event on Tuesday, Nov. 18, from 5 to 7 p.m. at its Irvine headquarters, 17835 Sky Park Circle.
Guests can enjoy champagne and appetizers while shopping HYPEACH’s sustainable, feel-good collections. Fifteen percent of all proceeds will be donated directly to Working Wardrobes, an Orange County nonprofit that empowers people to overcome challenges and prepare for meaningful employment. Guests are also encouraged to bring gently worn shoes and handbags to donate.
The evening includes a fireside chat with Working Wardrobes CEO Bonni Pomush and HYPEACH Founder and Chief Brand and Product Officer Marlo Hovis, who will discuss how mentorship and social impact can create lasting change. The event also features raffle prizes, giveaways, and a gratitude wall.
“At HYPEACH, giving back is part of our brand DNA,” said Hovis. “Working Wardrobes has helped thousands of people regain confidence and independence, and we’re honored to partner with them to support such an inspiring mission.”
Pomush added, “We are thrilled to collaborate with HYPEACH, a brand that shares our belief in empowerment through purpose and community. Together, we’re celebrating the season of giving by making a real difference.”
Founded in Orange County in 2017 by Marlo and Brian Hovis, HYPEACH is a female-owned, socially conscious apparel brand that designs and manufactures exclusively in the Americas. Shucked Musical Comedy Heads to Segerstrom Center November 11–23
11.08.25
Get ready to laugh. Segerstrom Center for the Arts presents Shucked, the Tony Award-winning musical comedy The Wall Street Journal calls “flat out hilarious,” performing in Segerstrom Hall from November 11 to 23, 2025.
Shucked features a sharp book by Tony Award winner Robert Horn, and a score of memorable, radio-ready songs by Grammy Award winners and Nashville hitmakers Brandy Clark and Shane McAnally. The production is directed with warmth and joyful energy by three-time Tony Award winner Jack O’Brien.
What happens when a slightly neurotic New York comedy writer teams up with two Nashville music stars? A bold and irreverent farm-to-fable musical about America’s favorite obsession: corn. Shucked is a laugh-out-loud comedy that reminds us that sometimes breaking down walls is the best way to move forward. It is musical theater with heart, humor, and a fresh perspective for a divided nation.
Tickets start at $39 and are available at scfta.org, at the box office at 600 Town Center Drive in Costa Mesa, or by phone at 714.556.2787. For group ticket inquiries of 10 or more, call 714.755.0236.
