It may not come from the tomb of an Egyptian mummy, but Molly Wood Garden Design is now offering handmade Egyptian pottery that is a must have for any home or garden. The creamy off-white clay pots come in many new shapes and sizes. Unplanted, prices range from $14 to $48 and may run out soon. Molly Wood’s showroom is open Tuesday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or by appointment. 1660 Orange Avenue in Costa Mesa. 949.548.1611

A pioneer in holistic skin care before it was trendy, Arcona is coming to Nordstrom in Fashion Island later this month. Marketed as an alternative to cosmetic surgery, the difference begins at the chemical level and the way Arcona prepares the ingredients. With a cult celebrity following with customers like Natalie Portman, Mandy Moore, Diane Lane, Emily Deschanel and Jessica Szohr, the LA-based line and studio will make a splash in OC when the full Arcona skin care line arrives.
